You may exchange via any Sereppu store or via the online store within 14 days of purchase.

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

(Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We unable to accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.)

Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging (including shoe pouch).

Alternatively, you can take your online purchase to any Sereppu store to exchange or to lodge an online return.

IN STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you change your mind or purchase the incorrect size at any of our Sereppu retail stores, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit provided the following conditions have been met:

The item(s) with the original receipt has been returned within 14 days of purchase

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged.

You provide your full name, address and contact details to validate the transaction.

Sale Items purchased at the Physical/Online Stores cannot be exchanged.
